The history of IFA Germany International Football Academy
In 2020 I, Thomas Kastler, was finally able to realize my idea of an International Football Academy.
In Ebern, Bavaria, I found the appropriate areas and rooms to implement my project. In less than nine months, the renovation was carried out, football fields upgraded, rooms for the football boarding school prepared and a modern fitness area set up.

The area in Ebern is optimised for use as a football academy and offers living spaces for our footballers and players as well as recreation areas, dining rooms, training rooms, its own medical department and wellness and fitness areas. Currently, one of the buildings is already in use, the reconstruction of the 2nd building will follow. Even the extensive modern Campus with its sustainable 2 natural grass courts (irrigation by its own cistern) and a sports hall leaves nothing to be desired.

Talent search, talent promotion, talent recruitment have always been the focus.
25 years as a player, consultant and manager and an extensive national and international network of clubs, coaches and players complete his wealth of experience.
After his time as manager of a football academy in Tenerife, one of the best and most famous sports centres in Europe, the T3 Tenerife, he was followed by stints as sporting director in Gibraltar [ FAZ ] and manager and consultant in [ Bahrain ].
Renowned advisors such as Erich Ribbeck (former national coach Germany) and Ron Atkinson (former manager Manchester United & Atletico Madrid) were at his side with advice and deeds. His consulting work at Football Bahrain strengthened his contacts in the Asian region and still exists today.
