Among other things coordination & technique, reaction & endurance, strength & speed, ability to work in a team & flexibility are specially trained.
Course of the day:
In the morning from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Lunch break
In the afternoon from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
End at 7 p.m.
Costs:
Trial lesson: for free
per training session: 30,00 Euros
Catering (optional): 7,99 Euros
for fee-based participants including equipment (shirts, shorts)
