Sporty daily or weekly routine at the IFA Germany

Daily routine from 07:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

In response to multiple requests, we would like to publish our sporting daily/weekly schedule.

07:30 a.m. - 1. Training

08:30 a.m. - Breakfast

09:00 bis 10:00 a.m. - Learning - Instruction - Language lessons

11:00 a.m. - 2. Training

01:00 p.m. - Lunch break

02:00 bis 04:00 p.m. - Rest break

05:00 p.m. - 3. Training

07:00 p.m. - Dinner

08:00 bis 09:00 p.m. - Theory, video, discussion

10:00 p.m. - Night rest

Training and try-out games on weekends and during the week are individually adapted to the daily routine.

In the summer, among other things, tournaments with clubs from abroad are planned.

In the winter months, a training camp will take place in Tenerife. There are no costs for the club.

There will be meetings with coaches and players from the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga.
